Why You Shouldn’t Sign up for Our Eat Less Crap Nutrition Challenge

On September 14th, we are launching our first ever EAT LESS CRAP 28 Day Nutrition Challenge. This challenge is designed to help you slowly eat less crap, but what is CRAP?


C=Carbonated Drinks

R=Refined Sugars

A= Artificial Sweeteners

P= Processed Food

It DOES NOT say eliminate CRAP completely

I want to point out that this challenge DOES NOT say eliminate CRAP completely. There is a good reason for that–we don’t think it is realistic or sustainable to cut everything out that is of low nutritional value. It is important to eat less of it though.


The purpose of the challenge is to work on progressive habit-building that will allow you to make some really awesome changes in your current eating habits that will carry over long-term. It is also to get you to do something every single day to manage stress- this may even include enjoying a glass of wine 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This is self-explanatory. You are good at it- so what do you need me for? Let me ask you this though– is your food quality poor in your meals? If so- this could be good for you

This is NOT meant for you to work on your nutrition for 28 days and then stop. If you are that person- please avoid signing up as this is not for you.

 

#3 Your nutrition is already on track

 

If you are eating mostly whole foods and don’t think you need accountability or advice, then there’s no reason to sign-up. However, if you just want to be a part of something fun and work on stress management too- this could be a good option for you.

If you get more confused in a challenge or have a ton of questions regarding nutrition then this may not be the best setting for you. We do, however, have individual nutrition coaching that would be PERFECT for you!

 

Regardless of what your goals are this could be a great option for you to get started! Just know that this isn’t a miracle worker- even if you were perfect during the challenge those most you could realistically lose is 1-2% body fat over the course of 28 days.
