What to Expect:
First things first, register HERE, and then choose which classes you will attend. Finally, step into Portside Fitness and be greeted by our friendly staff wearing a red coach shirt. We'll answer any questions you may have, discuss your fitness goals, and help you design the workout based on yoru current fitness level. We ask that you show up at least 5 minutes prior to class so we introduce ourselves and help answer your questions.
